I am Niki, an OB/Gyn physician from the United States that now lives full-time with my family in South Africa. We have had the joy of traveling all over Southern and Eastern Africa since we moved in 2016. Planning all of our family travel has given me enormous experience in navigating the sometimes tricky puzzle that comes with travel planning in Africa, especially with children and older adults.

What sets Wandering Leopard apart is that I live in South Africa and can plan itineraries based on my own extensive personal travel experiences. As an American I can understand the travel priorities and expectations of people that may be a bit outside their comfort zone. As a physician I can understand the fears that come with visiting places that have foreign diseases and health systems. This allows me the opportunity to help guide people through these concerns, while at the same time planning a vacation that is perfectly suited for every traveler.
