Female Physician Group Trips
South Africa 2025

The 2025 trip is going to be extremely hands-on and active, mixed with afternoons of relaxation and luxury.
-1 night in Johannesburg for the group to convene
-4 nights at the Thula Thula Game Reserve. We will be participating in either a beginner or intermediate/advanced photography course between game drives to meet the world-famous elephants of Thula Thula.
-4 nights at Rhino Sands Luxury Safari Camp to do conservation work with Wildlife ACT, a leading wildlife conservation non-profit organization in Africa. We will be participating in a rhino dehorning, and other awesome conservation activities intermixed with game drives in the Big 5 Manyoni Game Reserve.
-4 nights at the divine Phinda Mountain Lodge, participating in 2 photography focused safaris per day. Phinda is an uncomparable private Big 5 game reserve that is just bursting with amazing wildlife.
*There will be 6 slots for the beginner course and 6 slots for the intermediate/advanced course, since the vehicle size only allows for small groups.
South Africa 2024
October-November, 2024
This is a great all-around trip to visit South Africa’s highlights to see city, beach, and wildlife.
-The trip begins with 4-5 fabulous nights at the perfectly situated Victoria & Alfred Hotel in Cape Town.
-We then fly to the East coast to stay in the remote and idyllic Thonga Beach Lodge for 4 nights.
-We finish off for 4 amazing nights at the world class Phinda Private Game Reserve doing our best to see the Big 5
*The women’s only trip is full, so unfortunately no new participants
*Please enquire if you are interested in the couples trip. No need to be a romantic partnership, it will just be a female physician sharing the trip with a friend or companion.
